First Aid - Thinking about how we can keep ourselves safe



Catherine from St Johns came to work with Ruma Wha.
We discussed how we can keep safe when riding bikes, scooters or skateboards.
The class dressed Fletcher in safety gear.
We learnt the 1-2-V of wearing a helmet safely - ask someone to explain.

    Dear Ruma Wha,
    I am so pleased that you all learnt about safety gear when biking. Knowing that you all learnt the tip about how to wear your helmet with correct adjustment pleased me the most. I know people who have had their life saved because they wear a helmet when biking.
